Our Team
Alzheimers Wellington has four community workers, an administrator and a manager who support people affected by dementia in North and South Wellington, the Hutt Valley and the Kapiti Coast.
This support includes:
- Home visits
- Telephone contact
- Information and education
- Supporter meetings
- Information services to enable you to access government support services such as day programmes, home help or relief care
- Information on other support services e.g. taxi chits
- Personal advocacy
