Alzheimers Nelson
Alzheimers Nelson provides support and information to all people affected by dementia living in the Nelson and Golden Bay area.
Our services include:
- Field Workers
- Liasion with Government and non Government organisations
- Advocacy
- Monthly Support groups (held in Richmond, Mapua and Motueka)
- Day Care services (once a week during school term - held in Motueka)
- Wandatrax Services
- Library services
