Alzheimers New Zealand is a not-for-profit organisation with 21 local organisations located throughout the country which provide support, information, education programmes and services appropriate to the local community.
The services we offer may include
- day and home care for people with dementia
- support and befriending services to help spouses, partners, families and friends cope with the demands of caring
- educational programmes about understanding diagnosis and assessment and medications
- help with coping with the financial challenges and support
- help with legal services
