Alzheimers New Zealand

Become a volunteer

Alzheimers New Zealand values the exceptional contribution volunteers give. We recognise the importance of their unique role, their commitment in contributing their experience and skills to positively enhance the wellbeing of people living with dementia. We have all sorts of volunteers, from gardeners, to drivers to respite carers who give full-time carers a break, to people who kindly collect during our annual appeal week to people who help out in the office.
If you would like to become an Alzheimers New Zealand volunteer, please email nationaloffice@alzheimers.org.nz or call 04 381 23 63 or contact your local organisation.

There are also a number of ways to donate to your local Alzheimers organisation and support the services provided in your local area. Contact your local
organisation by calling toll-free 0800 004 001 to find out about the best way to help in your area.
