Alzheimers New Zealand values the exceptional contribution volunteers give. We recognise the importance of their unique role, their commitment in contributing their experience and skills to positively enhance the wellbeing of people living with dementia. We have all sorts of volunteers, including: gardeners, drivers, respite carers - who give full-time carers a break, people who kindly collect during our annual appeal week and people who help out in the office.
